Splendeo edits photographs of property — interiors, exteriors, and grounds. Its presets stage empty rooms, remove clutter, correct exposure and colour, render renovations, and replace skies and lawns. It is intended for real estate agents, property owners, and photographers preparing listing photography.

Splendeo is not a tool for editing people. We do not offer, and the Service is not designed to perform, face swapping, deepfake generation, likeness generation, body or face modification, or any other manipulation of a person’s appearance or identity. The custom prompt feature is scoped to changes to a property and its contents. Attempting to use it to alter, insert, or remove identifiable people is a violation of this policy.

We do not allow NSFW, explicit, or sexually suggestive content generation, and we do not allow harmful content generation of any kind. In particular, you may not use the Service to upload, generate, or distribute:

• NSFW, sexual, or adult content of any kind, including nudity, sexually suggestive imagery, and pornography.
• Any content involving or depicting minors in a sexual, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate context. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
• Violence, gore, or content that promotes, glorifies, or incites harm, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Hateful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content, including content targeting a person or group on the basis of a protected characteristic.
• Content depicting or facilitating illegal goods, services, or activity.
• Content that infringes another party’s intellectual property, trade-mark, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Images of identifiable people uploaded without the consent required by law, or any attempt to alter, impersonate, or fabricate a person’s likeness — including deepfakes and face swaps.
• Malware, or content designed to compromise the Service or the systems of others.

Splendeo produces visualisations, not photographs of a property’s actual current condition. You are solely responsible for how you use them.

You may not publish, distribute, or use an Output in a way that misleads buyers, tenants, or other recipients about the real state of a property. Where an Output depicts a staged, refurnished, or renovated version of a room that differs materially from its present condition, you must label it clearly — for example as “virtually staged” or “renovation visualisation” — in line with the disclosure rules of the portal or jurisdiction you publish in. You must not use the Service to conceal structural damage, defects, or anything a buyer would reasonably need to know.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its underlying models.
• Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls, including through automated means or multiple accounts.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service, or use it to build a directly competing product.
• Use the Service in a way that breaches applicable law or the terms of any portal you publish to.

Uploads and generation requests are subject to automated content moderation, and we may review content manually where a violation is suspected or reported. Depending on severity, we may block a request, remove content, suspend or terminate an account with or without notice, and report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities. Credits are not refunded for accounts terminated for a violation of this policy.
